We also use natural oils and waxes for finishing, avoiding harsh chemicals to maintain the wood's natural beauty and your home's air quality.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the specific item. Most in-stock items are delivered within 2-4 weeks across Europe. Custom-made pieces typically take 6-8 weeks as each item is handcrafted to order. We provide tracking information and keep you updated throughout the process.
Yes, we ship to all European countries and select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. All furniture is professionally packed to ensure safe delivery. For large international orders, please contact our customer service team for a personalized quote.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard items in unused condition with original packaging. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. We provide a 5-year warranty covering craftsmanship and material defects. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making things right.
